Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Mutton:
    • In a bowl, mix the mutton pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Masala:
    • Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves. Sauté until fragrant.
